Uploading Artwork:
Before you upload your artwork to us, please make sure you've gone through the guidelines and requirements that are appropriate for the product you've ordered. Images that are in the wrong format, too low in resolution, or are the wrong dimensions can cause in a delay in your turnaround time since we would need to contact you to make the necessary changes.

When you're ready to upload your artwork, click on Artwork Upload on the top menu.

Turnaround Time:
For all orders that involve printing a banner or canvas, there is a turnaround time for us to print and install the graphics. The standard turnaround time for this order is 3 business days. This means after you place your order and send us an approved image ready for print, there is a 3 day processing time before your order can be shipped out. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

If you need something quicker, we provide a rush processing order option for an additional charge. Please contact us if this is something you need.

Regarding Colour Reproduction and Print Quality:

Signworld Canada uses high-quality printing methods and technologies, and strives to ensure that your colours and designs are printed according to your expectations. However, the limitations of printing technology and materials means that some colours cannot be produced exactly as they appear across a range of displays and materials.
