Please read through our Design Guideline before you upload.

Remember, Signworld Canada does not provide proofs prior to printing. You must contact us prior to upload if you require a proof. Proof requests will delay printing by at least one business day while we await approval of the proof.

Signworld Canada will only contact you if revisions or clarifications must be made.

If you are uploading multiple graphics, please upload them all at once to avoid printing errors.

Please ensure that you are sending your file as an email, and not as a link. Click "..." on the upload page next to the Transfer button and select "send as: email" if it is not already selected.



Your graphic needs to be set to CMYK mode. This ensures that what we print will match as closely as possible to your design. Signworld Canada is not responsible for unsatisfactory color results. If the artwork is color sensitive, please contact us about our color matching services.

Below is an example of RGB (Red,Green,Blue) in comparison to CMYK. RGB color mode is used for web-based only, our printers print in CMYK.

Turnaround times for printing are as follows. The "limit" refers to how many can be printed before the total turnaround time increases by 1 business day.
Requesting for a digital layout proof will also increase your turnaround by 1 business day.

Before uploading your files, make sure that they are PRINT READY. You can use our templates and design guidelines to create your artwork.

Once you submit your artwork, our graphics team will review the file for image quality, color, and size. If there are any artwork issues our graphics team will contact you in regards to artwork issues through email only. They are not currently able to discuss artwork issues over the phone.

If you would like to pre-approve image quality, and color, you will need to add this request at the time of artwork submission. If this is requested, our graphics team will ONLY check for your artwork size; You will not be notified of any quality or color issues,and Signworld Canada will not be responsible for artwork issues once printed. If artwork was submitted, with pre-approval, before 1pm Eastern and the size is incorrect your files will not be produced. You will be required to rectify all sizing issues to have your artwork proceed to production.

Upload
