I had a bit of an issue pulling one side up- I called and spoke to a customer representative who was more than helpful. My neighbour had a bit more heft than I and he was able to get it up without issue. He raised and lowered it a few times and it was fine. The colours were true and the ordering process was easy. I order and send files for printing online- it was quite easy. I got it within 2 weeks
